We start all new athletes off with a free one hour introduction.
During this time we will show you around the gym, introduce you to our training program and have you do a light workout to assess your movement and fitness level. However, the most important part of the intro is used to discuss your goals, aspirations and possible limitations.

Brand-new athletes to CrossFit will require a Foundations course to establishproper form and technique. Tenured athletes that can demonstrate movement proficiency will be allowed to bypass the class.
