The Bear Complex

Without dropping the bar, you’ll perform the following:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

The 5 movements make up 1 rep of the complex, and each round consists of 7 reps without dropping the bar between reps. You will perform 5 rounds.

You may NOT squat clean to combine movement 1 and 2. You may NOT do a thruster to combine movements 2 and 3. This complex should be challenging and heavy. You’ll be tasked for 10 burpees for each time you drop the bar.
