40 Wall-Balls @ 20/14lbs – You will go to 11 feet (M)/10 feet (F)
(Standard: hip crease below knee, accurate height contact on wall)

(Standard: Touch floor and feet, add plates at bottom if reach is issue)
(Sub V-Up, hands and feet touch floor and come together with contact for rep to count)

20 Shoulder 2 Overhead @ 135/95lbs
(Standard: elbows must lock out with each rep)
