First of all, I would like to say I am very impressed with the turn out this week. If you accomplished 3 or more “Hell WOD’s” this week, you have out done yourself. It’s not something you can sustain, but it sure is fun to do once in a while. I hope everyone enjoyed it and found their limits. Use this experience to strategize the regular WOD’s. You know your breaking point so it will help you pace the WOD’s. Carry on!

95 pound Hang squat clean
Handstand push-ups(Kipping Allowed)
95 Pound Overhead Squat
Lots of triceps in this WOD. Take it to 70% ish, and break it up. You’ll see what I mean.
