Barbell Walking Lunges @ 40% of 1 RM Squat – 12 Reps (6 each side)
Ring Dips – 12 Reps
Rest as needed then proceed to accumulate 2 minute supinated GHD flat hold – extend arms above/away from head for extra challenge if needed.
