Football since 3rd grade and went semi-pro in Korea, played basketball from elementary to high school, and weight training since 7th grade

Chiropractor suggested it for back degeneration

Spending money on gym attire and collecting brightly colored shoes

Februaury 2014, watched a competition at CrossFit HD and was hooked (Because of “Hot Karl” lifting heavy in his leggings)
Any advice for people just getting started?
Just get in here and experience it first-hand. You may think you have to be fit to do CrossFit, but it’s the other way around. You do CrossFit to get fit.
What are your hobbies, interests, and/or talents outside CrossFit?
Plays golf, like cars, and collects degrees; business law, engineering, corporate strategy, CF-L1, and plumbing
